By addressing layout and mobile issues, we helped create a seamless browsing experience across all devices.
Blade Butlers had just launched and needed clarity on whether their website was truly supporting their business goals. While their brand and service were strong, the site wasn't driving enough customer action. They were looking for expert insight on how to turn their site into a tool that could support growth, reduce friction, and convert interest into bookings.
We kicked things off with two in-depth interviews to understand the Blade Butlers business model, customer journey, and team priorities. From there, we conducted a comprehensive audit of the website—evaluating structure, design, content, accessibility, and user flow. This collaborative process ensured our recommendations were not only technically sound but aligned with real-world use and business objectives.
Our recommendations led to strategic updates that made the Blade Butlers website more intuitive, accessible, and effective. A redesigned call-to-action button in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage significantly improved visibility and booking flow. We also addressed a common pattern of user confusion—visitors cycling between the homepage and FAQ without taking action—and introduced additional CTA buttons on key pages and in the footer to reduce friction and guide users toward the contact form. We suggested a small tweak to the homepage hero image that improved text readability, accessibility, and overall visual clarity—without compromising brand impact. These updates removed barriers, improved usability, and ultimately empowered Blade Butlers to better serve their customers online—turning their site into a powerful extension of their business.
