The web strategy we designed and built continues to successfully provided a platform to drive sales of these unique, sustainable floating homes.
As these luxury eco-conscious houseboats needed a one-size-fits-all brochure-style website that housed their impressive work as well as the details that would help sell these floating homes once they were built. Hard Refresh was hired to design and build both a website but also 3D renderings of the upcoming community and homes. The website needed to feature NewCore Development, FullerStyle Houseboats, as well as drive traffic to the realtor listing these properties.
We started with impeccable content, brining our team together for aerial photograph, stunning 3D still and video renderings, and built a website around that content. Our focus on smart user pathways that highlighted the luxuriousness of this project, but made it simple and easy for interested buyers to take the next step, was evident as nearly all built homes sell as soon as they're available.
Hard Refresh was thrilled withe the results of this turn-key website. Buildings make up ~6% of today's greenhouse emissions, so we're excited to amplify the efforts of environmentally friendly builders, especially when they're making beautiful homes like these.
