When The West Seattle John L. Scott office came under new management in early 2023, it was clear they needed more than a surface-level refresh. Their existing website was outdated, inaccurate, and buried under a corporate subdomain—offering little visibility and even less support from their parent company. The brand lacked cohesion, their brokers lacked tools, and prospective clients searching their name were finding competitors instead. Hard Refresh was brought in to lead a full digital transformation: rebrand the office from the ground up, create a web presence built to outperform competitors, and equip the team with a marketing system they could actually use.

Brand Strategy Grounded in Research
We began with stakeholder surveys and collaborative workshops to uncover the brokerage’s core identity—balancing Patti’s vision for ethical leadership with the brokers’ passion for real estate. From these insights, we developed a refined brand identity and the tagline “Trusted To Guide You Home,” supported by a comprehensive brand strategy document to guide future messaging, visuals, and tone.
Broker Empowerment & Marketing Enablement
To support more than 40 agents, we created a scalable broker success program: custom-designed marketing templates, brand-aligned Canva tools, and hands-on training sessions to ensure consistent, confident use. We focused on usability and autonomy, giving brokers the assets and knowledge to market themselves effectively—without relying on corporate resources or external designers.
A Modern Website Built to Perform
