The Challenge

When Patti Hill assumed ownership of The West Seattle JLS in early 2023, she envisioned transforming the office into more than just a real estate brokerage—she saw the potential for a vibrant community hub that would exemplify the highest standards of the National Association of Realtors. Hard Refresh was engaged to realize this vision through comprehensive rebranding, digital transformation, and broker empowerment initiatives.

Our Approach

We implemented a strategic three-pillar solution: First, we conducted extensive research through surveys and workshops to develop an authentic brand identity that captures both Patti's vision and the brokers' passion for real estate. Second, we created a comprehensive broker success program featuring marketing training and customized resources. Third, we aligned all marketing initiatives with sustainable housing goals while developing a modern, user-centric website. This integrated approach aimed to increase broker transactions, strengthen community connections, and establish a compelling digital presence.
